PayBookClub is a social rewards platform running since 2017 across Africa and Asia, whose users earn PAYBOS — a Stellar-native utility token — through everyday content engagement. PayBookClub and PAYBO are owned and operated by Capexsales Ltd, a UK company trading for over ten years. The ANDAL heritage token is issued separately by Aandaal.io CIC, a UK Community Interest Company focused on heritage, arts and cultural preservation.

31,892 registrations are live in the current database. Cumulative registrations since 2017 exceed 70,000: approximately 25,000 accounts have been removed over the years as fraudulent, and the database has been rebuilt more than once. Historical records remain recoverable from archived AWS volumes. Google Play reports 100,000+ downloads.

Corporate structure & governance

Two separate UK entities. Capexsales Ltd owns and operates PayBookClub and the PAYBO token — a commercial company trading for over ten years. Aandaal.io CIC is a Community Interest Company that runs The Aandaal Project and issues the ANDAL heritage token; its assets are legally locked for community and cultural benefit. The asset lock described below applies to Aandaal.io CIC and ANDAL, not to PayBookClub or PAYBO.

Why a CIC?

A Community Interest Company is a UK legal structure designed for social enterprises. All profits, assets, and token proceeds are governed by a statutory asset lock — they cannot be diverted for private benefit.

Cash enters from the right. Rewards are paid from the left in PAYBO. The pool sits between them, which is why the platform has run for nine years without continuous capital injection.

Acquisition has never been the constraint. A press meeting and television appearance in Kerala in 2017 produced roughly half a year of installs within a month, at no media cost. Retention and product discovery are the constraints, and they are what current work addresses.

A seller books an hourly slot, streams from a phone, and their priced posts become the shelf — buyers purchase in PAYBO through the existing in-app payment flow, with no commission beyond standard content charges. With 662 million PAYBOS in reserve the distributor wallet supports ~132,000 further cashout events — several years of growth without replenishment.
