I penned descriptions channeling that poet's words, capturing our heritage's beauty. Customers felt it—their admiration was palpable. Yet amid success, I kept one plate back. Not for sale. The tantrum of lost traditions deserved restraint, an elite respect for what endures. Now visitors see beyond our food. They glimpse our soul, our unbroken Tamil lineage.
