Blossom and trees
Grandmother shared Swami Paramarthananda's teachings while sitting beneath the ancient tamarind tree, her weathered hands holding worn prayer beads. She taught me that true wealth bloomed not from social networks promising quick riches, but from roots planted deep in Tamil soil and spiritual soil alike. Years later, I posted a simple photo: blossoms scattered beneath gnarled branches. The responses flooded in—good job, amazing. But the real reward came when neighbors gathered, drawn by that image, sharing their own grandmother's wisdom, their own heritage stories. That moment crystallized something precious: community flourishes when we nurture what matters most, not what monetizes quickest.
