Photography
My grandmother pressed the old camera into my trembling hands, its weight anchoring me to generations past. Through the viewfinder, I discovered Tamil heritage breathing in every corner of our home—the faded kolam designs, the bronze deities casting shadowy spirits across temple walls. Each photograph became a meditation, a love letter to our ancestors. PaybookClub members encouraged me to share these intimate moments. Strangers became companions, united in preserving what nearly slipped away. The threatening modernity couldn't diminish this beauty. My camera became a bridge, connecting past and present, honoring the lovely threads of culture woven through my family's story. We're guardians together now.
