Absence of communication is like a flat tyre, the car will not move, if I force it ,will cause more damage to the vehicle and also endanger the lives of other people. Communication is that important in all areas of our lives. It is very important to use communication to achieve desired or good results. It is the means to encourage and enhance the contribution of each member to the vision of the team. Communication is very important because it communicates clear standards and expectations from each member. Communication clears misunderstanding and make it possible for each to have a voice and also make it possible for members to voice their concerns and also to communicates their recommendations with openness and be flexible to new ideas and their implementation, for the betterment of the team. Good communication will eliminate time consuming conflicts and meetings and it will increase productivity and everyone will have a sense of belong and responsibility under the atmosphere of good communication...
