The singer's second-oldest daughter turned 16 over the weekend, and her mother celebrated by taking her to California's Six Flags Magic Mountain amusement park.
On Monday, Madonna, 63, posted a video from the joyful outing to her Instagram feed.
Her 16-year-old brother, David Banda, was also there to celebrate the birthday girl. and her mother's boyfriend, Ahlamalik Williams.
The group appeared to brave several daring roller coasters. After making it through one of them, Madonna looked quite exhausted.
David performs an impressive dance at the end of the film, and Mercy James and Williams demonstrate their flipping skills.
Mercy James was greeted with a bundle of balloons and lights in her bedroom in a video posted over the weekend.
"Oh, my God!" she cries, before Stella and Estere, her 9-year-old twin sisters, grab her and give her hugs and kisses.
"This is so overwhelming," the 16-year-old says in the video, which concludes with her dancing and singing to Aaliyah's "Try Again".
