Ten thousand positions meant hope for young people like him, a chance to earn PAYBO while serving something meaningful. As he submitted his information, Marcus thought of his grandfather's stories, passed down through generations. This job wasn't just employment; it was reclaiming family honor and strengthening the bonds that held their community together.
