DSLR stand
My grandmother's vintage DSLR sat gathering dust until I found that old stand. She'd photographed our family for decades, capturing moments from Thiruppavai mornings when we'd recite Avvaiyar's verses together. The stand became more than equipment; it became a bridge. Through PaybookClub community, I discovered others preserving similar legacies. We shared stories of grandmothers, traditions, forgotten cameras. What no one tells you is how objects resurrect belonging. That stand now holds my camera, pointed toward the kitchen where I teach my daughter the same prayers, the same songs. Heritage isn't preserved in museums alone; it lives in the spaces we choose to fill with intention.
