Plants I always think about. π
My grandmother's tulsi plant thrived on our Chennai balcony, its sacred leaves brushing my fingers during morning prayers. Years later, watching Swami Paramarthananda's discourse on dharma, I realized she was teaching me without wordsβpatience, nurturing, purpose. Now, thousands of miles away, my own saplings remind me of home. I tend them carefully, remembering her hands in soil. These plants connect me to something deeper than distance. Earning enough to buy a home garden feels like honoring that legacy. Through these green companions, our Tamil traditions continue breathing, rooted and alive.
