Me myself and I photo
Amma taught me Tamil Brahmi script on Sunday mornings, her fingers tracing ancient letters. I discovered Kannadasan's poetry later, his words resonating with that same ancestral voice. At PaybookClub, surrounded by strangers becoming friends, I finally understood something legitimate and unspoken between us—our hunger to know ourselves better. I took that photo alone, studying my reflection, seeing generations looking back. It felt essential, amplifying what I'd inherited but never named. The script, the poems, these communities reminded me I was never truly alone. We carry our people within us, always.
