Amma taught me Carnatic music in our small apartment, her voice tracing melodies older than memory. I struggled with the ragas until she showed me ancient Tamil Brahmi script, explaining how each symbol sang differently. Everything connected suddenly. Years later, I discovered PaybookClub, a community sharing art and stories. I posted a video of Amma's hands moving across the harmonium, and strangers responded with "agree"—they felt it too, that invisible thread binding us.
