भगवत गीता ५. कर्म संन्यास योग ५/२६ “ कामक्रोध वियुक्तानां यतीनां यतचेतसां अभितो ब्रम्हनिर्वाणां वर्तते विदितात्मनाम!” कर्म योगी इन्द्रियों को विषयों से हटाकर काम - क्रोध त्यागकर अंन्दर आत्मा में रमनेवाला समस्त पापों से मुक्त होकर संशय से भी मुक्त होकर ब्रम्हानंन्द में रमने लगता है! जो योगी विषयों को त्यागकर अपने ओज शक्ति शरीर में जमाकर द्रृष्टी को भ्रूकुटी में स्थित रखकर , प्राण - अपान स्वासों को समान बनाकर, संयम से रहनेवाला सर्वदा मुक्त रहता है! निरंन्तर ध्यान से अंतर - आत्मा में ज्ञान भरके जब अज्ञान पूरीतरह नष्ट होजाता है तब योगी के हृदय में परमात्मा के रूप प्रकाशित होजाता है! इसलिए मोक्ष मार्ग में ध्यान का बडा महत्व है, उस को विस्तार से ध्यान योग में कहा गया है! हरि ॐ ।।
