✦ Story behind this post
Amma taught me Bharatanatyam in our small living room, her silver bells jingling as she guided my hesitant feet through mudras passed down through generations. Each movement carried stories—our Tamil ancestors speaking through dance. Years later, teaching became my calling, and through platforms like PAYBO, I finally earned recognition for sharing this sacred art form with students worldwide.
The irony wasn't lost on me: technology bridged what distance had divided. Yet the essence remained unchanged—a guru's wisdom flowing to devoted students, preserving something timeless. Every rupee earned felt like honoring those who came before, ensuring our heritage dances on, alive and thriving.
