Guru Gita 134-135 In seat in bed standing or moving on horse or on elephant One recites gurugita, his touch or sight destroys rebirth. Shiva says to Parvathi… Oh Devi, one reciting Gurugita, either sitting, standing, moving on a horse or elephant, his sight or contact purifies the place and even destroy rebirth. Gurugita is such a mahamanthra, recitation of it purify the reciting yogi. It even sanctify the place. With the vibration of the manthra it arises a sankalpa of Mother Divine to bless the whole unit, (the reciting yogi, the listeners of the manthra, the place where it is recited). Let us pray for the divine Mother's blessings for the wellness of all of us.
