Guru Gita

Guru Gita 132-133 Cause of birth destroyed eight folded ties are burned(doubt, pity, fear, abuse, praise, ego, wealth) It happens if one dips always in Ganga the Gurugita. The place thus purified if he stays that place become holy naturally Therefore great saints and gods themselves stay there for ever. Shiva says… by the recitation of Gurugita, yogi is liberated from the circle of death and birth. Gurugita is such as Ganga, who ever takes a dip in it, is protected from all eight fold fears or burdens.  If one recite Gurugita regularly at a place, the place become a holy place. It attract great saints and gods to that place. And it becomes a pilgrimage point.  So strong is the Manthras of Gurugita, that it act as the Purifying river Ganga. The recitation of the Manthra saw the seeds of Punya. It destroys the bad karmas as well. Gurugita being the words of Lord Shiva, the listener is blessed by Devi Parvathi. With the blessings of Mother divine yogi attain all excellence. Let us recite Gurugita, and meditate on the kindness, love and care of Divine Mother, to get her blessings.
