Krishna said: Oh Arjuna, ponder on me all the time even during all actions. Surrender your wisdom and mind to me as I am the supreme soul or Paramathma,. Then he will surely reach me. Meditation is the path to the supreme Purusha. It's the best way to liberation too. Oh Lord, we surrender to you always, with our mind and wisdom to you.
