A camera friendly bird at La Jolla
My grandmother always said birds carry messages from the divine. At La Jolla, a curious seagull approached me, unafraid, as if drawn by intention. I photographed its gentle eyes, remembering Swami Paramarthananda's teachings about recognizing consciousness everywhere. The image spread unexpectedly. Some questioned its authenticity, yet others found solace in its warmth. Like my Tamil Nadu heritage teaches, truth needs patient witnesses. The bird became a mirror—reflecting our capacity for wonder and connection. Grateful for each reaction, I understood: sharing moments builds invisible threads binding strangers into family, into community.
