१०. आत्मशोधन हर पल करके ऐकान्त स्थान पर रहते हुए! आशा त्याग कर मुक्त हुऐ मन आत्मा में स्थिर करना है!! ११. चुनो योग्य स्वच्छ स्थिर स्थान जो ज्यादा उँचा या नीचे नहीं! कुश पर मृग खाल पर रूई वस्त्र स्थापित करो आसन स्थिर साधन !! १२. मन को एकाग्र करते हुए संयम से इंन्द्रिय वश में किये! आसन ग्रहण कर अभ्यास करो योग स्थिर आत्म विशुद्धी को !! १३ मेरू दंण्ड स्थिर स्वतंत्र रखो सिर,गरदन सीधा अटल सरल! नासाग्र में संभालो नजर निरंतर नहीं हटाना है ध्यान इधर उधर!!
