४ ज्ञानकर्म सन्यास योग २९ कोई प्राणवायू या अपान वायू या दोनों श्वास से करते हैं यज्ञ ! ऐसा श्वास-उच्छवास नियंत्रण से प्राणायाम यज्ञ नियमित करते हैं!! ३०. कुच्छ साधक नियमित आहार से प्राणों को प्राणों में हवन से करते यज्ञ ! ऐसे जो यज्ञ को जाननेवाला हो उनका यज्ञ से पाप मिटता है !!
