पार्थ अस्त्र शस्त्र त्यागकर मूठ बनकर बैठगए ! इस प्रकार अर्जुन का विषाद योग बताया गया ! इसप्रकार की व्यथा हर एक जन के जीवन में होती है! जब कोई जिन्दगी से निराश होकर, आत्महत्या करता है और कोई तनाव में आकर मानसिक संतुलन खो बैठता है, या निष्क्रिय हो जाता है! कुछ लोग, उस संभव को परमेश्वर की इच्छा मानकर हालात से समझोता कर लेता है! विवेकशील, अपनी समस्या अपने करीब के लोगों से चर्चा करके हल निकाल लेता है, और आत्म चिन्तन करने लगता है! इस प्रकार अपने जीवन की एक समस्या या कठिनाई मनुष्य को विषाद योग प्रदान करके आत्मान्वेषण का कारण बनती है, क्यों कि दुःख या विषाद से वैराग होता है और वैरागी आत्मझान का अधिकारी बनता है! यहाँ पार्थ बहूत भाग्यशाली था, क्यों कि उन को मार्ग दर्शक के तोर पर सदगुरु योगेश्वर भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ही मिल गये! भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने आत्मतत्व के अठारह योग रहस्य अर्जुन को सिखाकर उन्हे कर्म सज्ज कर्म योगी बनाया! अर्जुन के जैसे आप लोग भी भाग्यशाली हो, या शायद अर्जुन से भी ज्यादा! क्यों कि विषाद योग का अनुभव किये बिना ही अति पवित्र, अति गोप्य, अनमोल ज्ञान कर्म आदी सभी योग सीखने मिल रहा है!
