Chirasrota Khuntia is an accomplished exponent of Odissi, one of India's most celebrated classical performing arts traditions. Odissi, a major classical Indian dance form from Odisha. Distinguished by its tribhangi (three-bend) posture, fluid movements, and lyrical quality rooted in ancient temple traditions. Chirasrota has performed at major cultural festivals and sabhas across India, contributing to the preservation and promotion of India's rich classical arts heritage. As a featured artist on The Aandaal Project, Chirasrota is part of a growing community of classical artists dedicated to cultural heritage and artistic excellence.

At the yearly age of four Chirasrota inspired by the legacy of Odissi dance specially Abhinaya (Expression). She has received training from different dedicated teachers on Odissi dance such as guru Lingaraj Behera, Guru Gobind Chandra Pal, Guru Manoranjan Pradhan and Minati Pradhan. She is now continuing the training from Guru Lingaraja Swain. Smt. Khuntia in her dance continue to keep the audience glued to their sheets through her performance. Teaching from front line gurus of international repute she has proof herself to be on accomplished dancer she has extensively performed as a soloist in Odisha and outside the state. With receiving many medallions and honor. She has an extra ordinary capacity to choreographed different dance form. Now she is an instructor of Odissi dance in Satyabadi Sangeet Mahavidyalaya and fruitfully produced a dance team under Satyabadi Sangeet Mahavidyalaya with her disciples. Smt. Chirasrota Khuntia received B” High Grade in Doordarshan in Odissi Dance. At the age of 6years she has admitted in the prarambik in Odissi Dance under Pracheen Kala Kendra, chandigarh in Satyabadi Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, Sakhigopal, In the mean time she has completed Nrutya Visharad in Odissi Dance during the year 2007 Received National scholarship by ministry of culture 2014-15. Repertory Shishya under Guru Lingaraja Swain in Satyabadi sangeet Mahavidyalaya Sakhigopal. Passed in graduate (Arts) during the year 2009-10. S.C.S, college puri. She has performing many dance programmed in Odisha and outside the state i.e Sreekhetra Utsav, Puri, Kumar Utsav, Gundicha Utsav, Vasant, Utsav Raghurajpur, Andaman Deep Mahotsav, Andaman Nikovar Island , Kanchendzonga festival, South Sikkim ,Salangai Nat ham Thajavur , Salangai Nat ham ,Kanyakumari, Indo Russia Friendship festival , Puri, Satyabadi Music &Dance festival, Worlds Largest Odissi Dance kalinga Stadium Nrutya Roopa festival kolkatta, ganga sanskrutik yatra , Banaras , Patna by EZCC , Biswa Odissi Diwas organized by samskriti, International odissi dance festival organized by odissi Research Centre, Bhubaneswar in the year 2016 IIDF Bhubaneswar, Jhulana Utsav Organised by Konark Natya Mandap, etc.
Presently is taking classes in Satyabadi Sangeet Mahavidyalaya, Sakhigopal in order to promote odissi dance among the rural students of sakhigopal besides, I am organizing dance and music festival every year sponsored by Satyabadi Sangeet Mahavidyalaya since last 8 years.
